Hey everyone, it's been a while. Recently I've been struggling with unemployment, but finally some good news: I have a job offer. And I start on Monday. [note: this blog post has nothing insightful or anything else in it. I'll post stuff that's actually relevant to this blog later]

Still, being unemployed (literally for the past month, essentially unemployed for the past 3) has given me a lot to think about. For example: even though I had so much free time during that one month that I was truly unemployed, I still watched next to no anime, played almost no games, and STILL didn't work on any of the things I wanted to improve (such as my Japanese, blogging, and others). So, I've come up with a theory: doing things that people (aka parents) think are a waste of time is infinitely more enjoyable when you have something to compare it to, such as work.

So what have I been doing? Well, obviously not what I've listed so far. Shooting some guns, perhaps. Watched a few seasons of Stargate SG-1. But overall, not very much. Just a lot of job hunting, and AX stuff. And watching the Colts beat the Patriots in a huge upset victory. Well, seems like the dynasty is slowly ending.

Anyway, since this blog post is making less and less sense, I'm going to kill it. Expect the usual postings of fanboy enthusiasm in the future. All I can say is: Glad to be working again. Huh, since when did I become my dad?
