Comic Market 74 - Part 3 The Doujin (again)

GarbledOne's picture

Alright, time to finish up with the doujin goods and move on to the official ones. Please note that the doujin goods I am posting about only make up a fraction of the actual amount of fan made product that is covered at Comiket.

First up is the top picture of the post, from the circle Utsura Uraraka. If you've ever seen the Churuya Nyoro~n 4koma comics, then you've seen this circles work. I found them after doing some research and found that in addition to the adorable comic (and now incredibly annoying internet meme), the artist also produces wonderful fanart and doujinshi.

This year he will be putting out a 40 page comic/illustration book on B5 paper titled "Aria Waha 2" (「ARIA☆わはー2」, cover pictured as top image), as well as a deliciously cute tote bag and shitajiki of his website's mascots (pictured on left).

They'll be at Comiket on 8/16 located in Section シ booth 06ab.

Next up: Aoi Nanase

Now some of you may be thinking "Aoi Nanase can't be a doujin artist! She's gone pro already!" To be frank, so have a lot of other doujin artists. That doesn't prevent them from still creating fan works (heck, Akamatsu Ken lists "Drawing H-doujinshi" as one of his hobbies) and participating in Comiket like a normal doujin drawing otaku!

Nanase-sensei is going to be participating as the circle "HimeGami" (「姫神」), and is producing two separate books: "GMR," with material from Keys "Little Busters," Touhou, and Hatsune Miku; "Colorism," a full color illustration booklet that will include art of Pangya, Digi Charat, and more! Be sure to also pick up her goods set, which includes a gorgeous color bag and a clear file folder. You can find her in the East Hall, section A booth 18a on 8/17.

Finally, to finish up with the doujinshi, comes the circle tun-zuk. They're fairly well known for their Vocaloid parodies, or Voyakiloids. This year, they're only producing one book:

Voyakiloid's 2! Where Yowane Haku (a parody of Miku) saves Miku from evil(?)! Go check them out at the East hall, section れ booth 30b on 8/16.

EDITOne last booth to check out: Ojo no Yokusitu
Make sure you pick up their Macross Frontier Doujin. It's epic.
